When Dani Met Diana

Couldn’t we all use some more yarn? We could. We definitely could use some more yarn.

ohdearana asked: hi there!
do you use 120mm or 35mm for your diana f+?
your shots are pretty sweet, how do you get them so stable?

Hi!

I use 120 mm, I don’t have a 35 mm back….too complicated. I’m a novice so I’m super reluctant to give out any advice since I probably don’t know what I’m talking about but I guess I would say that when you can if there is anything to lean on a mailbox say, or a porch ledge, it helps keep the image steady. The 16 shot frame will help you center your pictures, but I would not recommend it as you tend to lose all of the vignetting and effects that make the diana shots so interesting.

But trust me I have more than my share of blurries- I just don’t post them :P

Semi-success on the double exposure!!
I think my next roll is going to be just multiple exposures until I figure it out a bit better
